Our parts are supplied by a local franchised dealer, who is supplied by Toyota in the UK. Everything is genuine and original.
Toyota parts may be stocked on site by our supplier, or be supplied to order by Toyota from their central facilities in the UK, Sweden or Japan.
If you order is likely to be delayed due to one or more of the parts being stocked in Japan, then we will email you to let you know. You'll have the opportunity to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
If your order is for parts that are larger or heavier than can be accommodated by our standard shipping charges, then we will email you with a request for a shipping supplement that will cover the difference. It's up to you whether you'd like to proceed, or cancel your order and receive a full refund straight away.
We specialise in overseas shipments, and enjoy good rates from our couriers including Fed-Ex, TNT, DPD and UPS. We pass those good prices on to you.
As soon as your complete order is with us, we will ship it straight away.
